100 Coins is the new Techno project from Nicolas and Ludovic. Both born in 1985, these two Parisians used to play on the same playgrounds. They discovered electronic music when they were teenagers through radiophonic shows like "Max" (Fun Radio), "Rave Up" (Radio FG) or Skyrave (Skyrock). On the way to their own musical identities, the shop Techno Import, an uncontested reference in Paris, offered them an experience which turns to be a revelation for these two young DJs and, later, producers.

While they are always learning how to take advantage of the newest equipments and software (like Rebirth), each of them turns towards his own musical style. Through Jeff Mills, Laurent Garnier or Josh Wink, Nicolas gets acquainted with Techno/House while Ludovic concentrates on Goa/Psytrance (Astral Projection, GMS, Logic Bomb).

In order to "share their feelings with the music", they started to play in clubs and parties, in Paris first (Gibus), then in Berlin (Dr Pong, Kim) but they never gave up school. Ludovic is a computer engineer now while Nicolas is finishing his sound studies. These orientations help them to innovate everyday by working on new techniques and machines and show their love for precision and seriousness.
After a few years of production and DJing together, they decided to begin something bigger than what they were doing in their teenage years. The two friends invested most of their savings in a brand new sound studio and began the real stuff.

100 Coins serve up a dancefloor shaking 3 track E.P for their first release on 54Music, this is the first of many to come from the techno fuelled parisians.
